The diagrams helped a lot. Chemistry always felt kind of overwhelming to me, but seeing things laid out visually made it way easier to follow, like it finally started to click...

I was feeling lost at first, but this really helped me feel more sure of myself. It made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming, and I can definitely see myself using it again whenever I need a little extra guidance.

I used Chad’s Prep and the price felt reasonable for what it includes. I kind of expected it to be one of those study sites that looks cheap at first and then keeps trying to sell you more stuff, but that didn’t really happen. So that was nice. It helped me study, and I didn’t walk away feeling like I got ripped off. Not life-changing or anything, just fair and useful.

The lessons themselves are helpful, but using the site on my phone was kind of a hassle. Compared to other learning apps/sites people in my class use, this one feels way less mobile-friendly. Some buttons are tiny, I kept having to zoom in, and a few pages loaded in a weird way. The video section also didn’t fit my screen properly. It technically works, but it really feels built for someone on a laptop, which gets annoying when I’m trying to study on the bus or between classes.

I was kind of stuck for a while, and my brain kept wandering every time I tried to figure it out on my own. But his explanations were really clear, step by step, and somehow it finally started making sense. Helped me a lot more than I expected.

I used Chad’s Prep while getting ready for my chemistry exam, and at first I felt like it was helping me review some of the basic concepts I had forgotten. The videos were easy to follow, and I liked having someone explain things in a straightforward way instead of just reading through my notes over and over.

But once I actually took the exam, I realized a lot of what I practiced didn’t really line up with the kinds of questions I got. The practice problems felt easier and a bit different from the test, so while it wasn’t a waste of time, it just didn’t feel as exam-focused as I needed it to be...

I asked for a refund it took way longer than it should have. The replies were slow, and I had to follow up twice just to keep things moving. I did get the refund in the end, but should it really be that much of a hassle?

I was expecting the study material to be a bit more detailed, so there was a small gap between what I thought I was getting and what it actually delivered. A lot of it was accurate and definitely helped me keep up with the topics, but a few explanations felt too simplified or a little unclear. It’s fine as a review tool, but I wouldn’t use it as my only study source

I signed up for this for my chemistry class, and for the most part, it was a solid buy. The videos were easy enough to follow, and being able to replay the parts where I got confused helped a lot.
It did more for me than the textbook most of the time, especially before exams when I was going through the practice questions. That said, there were a few topics where the explanations felt a little off compared to what my professor was teaching, so I started double-checking things instead of fully trusting it.
Overall, I still think it was worth the money, and I got plenty of use out of it. I’d probably pay for it again if I needed help in another class, but I’d treat it more like a study aid than something I’d rely on completely.

The instructor seems knowledgeable, but they explain things fast and skip over small steps that I really needed. I had to rewind a bunch of times!! Even then, some chapters still left me feeling confused...

I was stuck on my chemistry homework, and this made it way less confusing. I also appreciated getting the confirmation email/receipt right away, so I knew everything went through.

I grabbed Chad’s Prep kind of on impulse because I was starting to panic about my score, it did help a bit. I used it for a few weeks and noticed my score go up, especially from doing the practice questions. Some of the videos felt way too long for me, though, and I caught myself skipping around. Overall it was definitely useful, just not something I’d say was perfect for how I study.

The new videos helped me pass, so I’m glad they added them. It still feels like it’s catching up in a few spots, but overall it made a difference.

As someone who gets stressed when I don’t know exactly where I’m at, I really like how Chadsprep shows what I’ve finished and what still needs work. It makes it way easier to stay organized and not lose track of anything. The progress page could load a little faster sometimes, but overall it’s been really helpful for keeping me on pace.

I had no trouble logging in at all. The whole process was quick and easy, and I was able to get in without any issues.

The quizzes on Chad’s Prep were such a huge help for me. They really showed me what I had down and what I was still shaky on, which made studying feel way less overwhelming. I felt so much more confident going into my exam, i’m really glad I used them.

Chad’s Prep really helped me get through chemistry without feeling completely lost all the time. The videos were easy to follow, and the practice problems were close to what I needed to study. I am really glad I found it.

Pages pop up quick, and videos haven’t frozen on me once. No tech headaches at all

Chad's Prep covered basically all the topics my class was throwing at us, which was great because I was totally calm about it, obviously. The videos made things a lot easier to follow, and I didn’t feel like there were random gaps I had to figure out on my own.

I tried using Chad’s Prep for a few chemistry topics, the explanations were kind of hit or miss. Some sections made sense, but then other parts felt like they moved too fast, and I was left thinking... wait, what? I ended up having to search for other videos anyway just to fill in the gaps. Maybe it’s better if you already have a decent grasp of the basics, but for me it was just okay. Not really worth it in my experience
